Who We Are

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region, we are caring mentors that go deep to meet each child where they are at and help them get where they want to go. We are safe spaces, after-school and in the summer for kids to connect and thrive. And we are innovative, quality programs, designed to empower youth to excel in school and lead healthy, productive lives.

The Club Experience provides an environment where kids can be who they are today—and supports them as they become who they are meant to be.

Stronger, Together

Who we help

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region have a place for every child. We provide a safe space where young people between 7-17 can spend time between school and home. At Club, we are shaping the next generation of leaders to be productive, caring, and responsible members of our community. Our Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of local youth by instilling a sense of belonging, passion, and confidence through high-quality programs and hands-on experiences.

The Bay & Lakes Region Clubs include Clubs in Door County, Greater Green Bay and Shawano. In March 2023, the three clubs came together under one administrative body — the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Bay & Lakes Region — to create efficiencies and consistencies in operational support, placing each club on a strong foundation. We’ve excelled at preparing young people for a great future for over 50 years in Northeastern Wisconsin.

Be You. Be Great

Launched in 2011, Be Great: Graduate program provides students at risk of not graduating with personalized coaching and support to help them make it across the finish line and beyond. This program supports your students through words of encouragement, support and mentorship as they identify their passions and pathways that they can pursue post-graduation, ensuring they are ready to take their next step whether it is joining the workforce, pursuing higher education or joining the military. Be Great: Graduate is now in 8 Green Bay area middle and high schools, with 8 graduation specialists serving more than 200 students each year.
